Merritt Mountain Music Festival
Lots O' Laughs
Active mountain Ent. expanded their offerings this year with a pre-music fest comedy mini-fest. There was an enviable, first-rate Canadian Comedy line-up-- Punchlines Improv All-Stars with Rich Elwood, Ellie Harvie & Roger Fredericks, Herb Dixon, Shawn Farquhar. We caught Bonnie Kilroe's 'Corrupt Cabaret' on Saturday night...
Bonnie Had full control of the situation: the audience, those she selected to participate...all the while flipping from Liza Minelli, to Dolly Parton, to Mae West (our favorite), to Patsy Cline, to Cher, to Tina Turner, to Marilyn Monroe, to Mary Poppins and more! This was female stand-up at a high point.

'LAUGHING IT UP'
A new addition to the 2003 Montain Music Festival was the three-day Laugh-A-Fair, held Sunday on the site. Fun and games were augmented by top comedians including Bonnie Kilroe and her Corrupt cabaret. Expertly aping famous singers, Kilroe had the audience rolling- and joining in for dance lessons with Tina Turner.

"I am the Bar Manager for the Port Coquitlam Legion and Bonnie performed a Patsy Cline Show for us on March 2nd of this year. The show was fantastic and the members of our Branch have commented that Bonnie was an excellent performer, entertaining and very interactive with the crowd. Our praise goes also to her "team" for a consistent and quality controlled performance. Bonnie certainly has our recommendation and we wouldn't hesitate to have her back for another performance."
Yours truly,
Ms. Suzanne Overton

"As president of the West Vancouver Branch of the Royal Canadian Legion I am very pleased to recommend Bonnie as an excellent entertainer. I had Bonnie put on a show at our branch and she was very entertaining. Many of the people who attended remarked on what a fantastic evening they had.
I would not hesitate to have Bonnie back for another performance, indeed I have had several requests for a repeat booking."
Most Sincerely,
Pat Morton

"This letter will serve as high recommendation for the entertainment that Bonnie performed for our Pensioners Dinner this year.
She put on a show that no one will ever forget. Her impersonations of many celebrities are truly to be recommended. From Patsy Cline to Cher. The evening had many laughs and not a dull moment was to be seen.
We would highly recommend Bonnie."
Sincerely,
S. Layler and R. Wattee

"This is a letter of reference for Bonnie Kilroe. On Wednesday November 13th, 2002, the Firefighters Clun had the opportunity to present 'Celebrity Imposters', a multi-impersonator show, put on by Ms. Kilroe. The feedback I received, on that evening as well as the following days, was nothing but positive. Bonnie Kilroe put on a great evening of entertainment; as well she was a great person to work with. I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience building up to, and during the show. The Firefighters Club strongly recommends Bonnie Kilroe as an entertainer."
Yours Truly,
Kelly Matiowski
